Who Is Eligible?

New Premium Members

You are eligible if you:

• Start a Yearly or Lifetime Premium membership during the promotion period

Monthly Premium plans are not eligible for this promotion.

Existing Premium Members

You are eligible if you:

• Upgrade your plan to either a Yearly or Lifetime membership

How Coaching Is Activated

• Coaching is not activated automatically
• After you start your trial or upgrade your plan, you’ll receive an email with a link and instructions on how to get started
• Clicking the link takes you directly to Premium+ inside the app
• You’ll then select your coach and submit a short intro video
• Your coach will respond within 48 hours with personalized feedback, a practice plan, and next steps

About the First Month of Coaching

• The included coaching period covers your first month of Premium+
• This first month focuses on:
  • Understanding your goals and challenges
  • Building a realistic, personalized practice plan
  • Establishing a sustainable practice rhythm

After the first month, Premium+ continues as an ongoing coaching experience unless you choose otherwise.

What Happens After the First Month

• Premium+ coaching continues at the standard rate ($50/month)
• You’ll keep working with your coach to refine your plan and progress
• You may cancel Premium+ at any time

Most members continue beyond the first month to maintain accountability and momentum, but continuation is optional.

Trial & Cancellation Policy

• Premium memberships include a 14-day free trial
• Premium+ caching access is tied to an active Premium membership‍
• This means if you cancel your Premium membership, your access to Premium+ coaching will also end

Coaching Availability

• Coaching spots are limited
• This promotion is available while coaching capacity remains
• Access is granted on a first-come basis during the promotion period
